Scope Overview:
The general scope of work is to provide a long-term solution to repair and rectify the leaks penetrating to the building of
Aspire Sports Hall in Aspire Zone

Details of the Scope of Work:

Aspire Sports Hall (ASH)
a) Mobilization and demobilization of manlift
b) Removal of existing detach PVC membrane
c) Cleaning and surface preparation and disposal of spoils and other waste materials incurred as the result of removal
of items on site of any kind as applicable
d) Application of epoxy primer
e) Application of waterproofing material
f) Water leak test
g) Removal of all excess material and debris from the site by the end of the project
h) Provision of required scaffolding or access ladder if necessary.
